Frank DeCicco Sr. has been named by the Nassau Herald as Man of the Year! We congratulate the Herald on an excellent selection. Mr. DeCicco's years of service to many local organizations and his commitment to our community easily distinguishes him with this honor. Of special note is his endless years of dedication to the youth of the community through his volunteer service and being President of the Inwood Buccaneers. Year after year Mr. DeCicco has taken hundreds of children and embraced them as his own. Ensuring that each child had a safe "play" environment, buying them candy and hot dogs after a tough loss and traveling with them on their season ending Florida trip. He is a gifted man who has touched many generations and has shared his gift of passion, love and generosity with a community for many many years. We applaud him and his family on this well deserved honor.
