BUTCH BORFITZ ELECTED FIRE COMMISSIONER!!

Last night was one of the coldest nights of the winter, but that did not stop about 400 Inwood residents from electing a new Fire Commissioner. In a highly fought contest Charles “Butch” Borfitz defeated Ex-Fire Chief Anthony Rivelli to become our new Fire Commissioner. For many, this vote was a difficult decision as both candidates are long time residents who have volunteered their time and efforts to help ensure the safety of our residents. We congratulate both men on a hard fought battle and are lucky to have such men in our fire department.
