The attached photo was taken at 6:45am on Bayswater Blvd. With high tide expected at approx. 8:30 am please continute to take all necessary precautions. It seems that many Inwood residents have elected to remain in their homes. Please rely on your neighbors for any assitance and only use our Police, Fire and Rescue for emergencies.
